Handle customer responses in a efficient manner for most effective sales process.

What we do:

When a customer replied to any of your text messages or composes a new one we obtain the callback and then based on the request and your settings we deliver the message to its decided destination.  For instance, if you chose to have three email addresses notified when a customer responds or sends a text to your number, then each of the email addresses will be notified in that event.  Otherwise, if you have text notifications we do the same process but as a text message to the given supplied phone numbers.
